Original Vintage 1950s brown and black silk cocktail dress.

The dress has a wonderful 1920s inspired flapper design (maybe inspired by some like it hot?)

Cut with a V neckline and back and big bow detailing the bodice. The skirt is fitted to the cinched waist and has layers of ruffles all the way down the pencil skirt. A classic wiggle dress with extra!
Fully lined.

Fabric: silk organza over rayon lining

Fastening: zip back

Age: original late 1950s 

Condition: in good condition, small 1mm hole in silk top layer to right of bodice as pictured. No other marks or damage. Dry Cleaned and Ready to Wear.

As with most vintage items, this dress has been previously worn and is over 50 years old.
